Opening/closings Above ground- $170-you the customer, must provide the winter chemicals! Please remove all the water off the cover before our arrival! Removal of winter cover, hook up filter and pump. remove plate and plug if applicable, wash off winter cover, reinstall head unit, evaluate pump filter pool, liner, for defects or repair needs. ALL POOLS NEED TO BE CLEANED PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL FOR CLOSINGS- CLEANING FEE IF WE CLEAN THE POOL- $100 PER HOUR
Openings/closings In- ground pools- $270- No chemicals provided- Remove and clean safety cover/winter cover, hook up pump and filter, remove all plugs, fill pool if necessary (water must be provided), reinstall all parts including stairs, return eyeballs, plugs, baskets, covers, head unit, flush center drain from anti freeze, restart pump and filter, make sure system is functioning, evaluate pump, filter, pool, liner, visible parts for defects or repair needs. For the closing we reverse the process.
EXCAVATION- FLAT RATE $700 for the first 12 inches- includes machine and travel up to 30 miles…$100 fuel charge for up to 31 minutes to 1 hour away. Further away Any additional travel a charge would apply. $30 per inch after the first foot of leveling. Sinking of a pool is a separate fee scale. Please have an area to place the excavated earth. We would have to remove quite a bit to get to grade. ( lowest point)
INSULATED WALL POOLS- (check for availability) Pricing add $700 for on ground for the first 12 inches, $2000 for semi in-ground and $4000 for complete in-ground on top of the pricing per size below- Excavation TBD- Price of the pool includes hard plumbing of the pump, filter and skimmer and return- Price of PVC for hard piping any plumbing extra such as Straight pipe, connectors, t-valves or 3 way valves, and primer/glue. Removal of excavated material extra as well.
Concrete for full in-ground deck TBD- Depends on size and specs of the walkway you would like
Installation of Any stairs/ railings/anchors /grommets/ or safety covers custom made and would be extra and will be priced separate
IF YOU HAVE A DECK AROUND THE POOL PLEASE ADD $50 Per Ledge to the Price as its more difficult to work around the deck. If attempting to put a new pool next to an old deck the deck and pool may or may not fit like before as pools even if they are considered the same size, may be measured to a different length. As an example one 24′ round pool ,may be 23’11 and another might be 24’2″ . unless its the exact same pool replaced it may not fit. We will make every attempt to make it work as best as possible.

PLACING A POOL NEAR AN EXISTING DECK- $50 Per Ledge- DECKING ADDS TO THE TOTAL TIME AND INCREASES THE DIFFICULTY OF INSTALLING THE POOL. EPW WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO FIT YOUR NEW POOL TO YOUR DECK BUT NOT EVERY POOL IS THE SAME SIZE AND NOT EVERY DECK WILL FIT TO YOUR NEW POOL. ADJUSTMENTS MAY NEED TO BE MADE IN LOCATION OF THE POOL OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE DECK. EXAMPLE: NOT ALL POOLS ARE EXACTLY 24″ ROUND. SOME MAY BE 23’11” AND SOME MAY BE 24’2″ DEPENDING ON THE MANUFACTURER. THE DIFFERENCE IN SIZE WILL REFLECT ON HOW THE POOL SITS IN RELATION TO THE EXISTING DECK. FOR NEW POOLS AND DECKS- IF POSSIBLE BUILD THE POOL FIRST THEN INSTALL THE DECK-NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!

GRASS/ROCK/ROOTS/ UNNEEDED MATERIAL IS REMOVED AND PLACED IN A PILE. EPW does not remove extra material from your property unless arrangements are made prior to excavation. Customer to find area to dispose of extra material.

Extra charges : EXCAVATION TO MATCH AN EXISTING DECK OR BOULDERS, ROCKS and TREE ROOTS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE.
We do not recommend unless the pool is designed to be put in the ground. Not all pools are meant to do this. Sinking a pool charged per inch no free inches- Whole pool flat rate- $4000. NOTE: THERE WILL BE A LOT OF EXTRA MATERIAL TO DEAL WITH SO HAVE A SPOT TO PLACE IT OR CHARGES ARE EXTRA TO HAVE IT REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.
ACCESS:
A 6 FOOT OPENING IS NEEDED FOR A SKID STEER TO FIT INTO THE YARD, IF NOT, THERE WILL BE
ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR MANUAL LABOR TO LEVEL THE POOL IF POSSIBLE. FENCE REMOVAL MAY BE REQUIRED AND MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL.
SAND PLACEMENT: SAND MUST BE WITHIN 30 FEET OF THE POOL SITE BUT NOT IN THE POOL SITE.
IF THE SAND HAS TO BE MOVED MORE THAN 30 FEET OR AROUND OBSTACLES, THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES.
REPLACEMENT POOLS: FOR A NEW POOL GOING INTO THE SAME LOCATION OF AN OLD POOL, ALL
EARTH, ROCKS AND BUSHES MUST BE 3 FEET BACK FROM PERIMETER TO MEET THE STATE CODE
(SECTION 421.10 OF THE 1996 BOCA NATIONAL BUILDING CODE). EMERALD WILL CHARGE ACCORDINGLY TO REMOVE THE EXTRA MATERIAL/BACKFILL.
ANY REPLACEMENT POOL GOING UP TO AN EXISTING DECK WILL REQUIRE A SITE INSPECTION, THERE IS A $100 CHARGE FOR A SITE INSPECTION/ PROPERTY POOL SITE SURVEY.
LINER CHANGES- EMERALD WILL NEED SAND TO REPAIR/RESURFACE THE BOTTOM AND COVE. NEW SKIMMER AND RETURNS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL LINER CHANGES. $50 EXTRA PER LEDGE CHARGE WHERE THE POOL IS UP AGAINST ANY DECK. DECKING MAKES IT MORE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS THE POOL TO REPLACE THE LINER.
